B. Passport with a China Visa and Registration Form of Temporary Residence issued by a local police station in Beijing OR
C. Passport with a resident permit issued out of Beijing and Registration Form of Temporary Residence issued by a local police station in Beijing
For Overseas Chinese residents: Chinese passport and foreign green card
For Hong Kong and Macau residents: Travel pass to the mainland and Registration Form of Temporary Residence issued by a local police station in Beijing
For Taiwanese residents: Travel pass to the mainland and Registration Form of Temporary Residence issued by a local police station in Beijing
For employees of foreign embassy, consulate and international organization’s China office: valid identification document issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of P.R.C. 2. Valid China driver’s license 3. There 1-inch white background color photos for renewal, A 1-inch white background color photo for reviewing
